End Of Tenancy Cleaning Advice From Domestic Angels
Cleaning.
Not the sexiest topic is it? But unless you're prepared to roll up your sleeves
and get down to some serious scrubbing from time to time, you should probably

THE finalists have been announced for the NatWest Venus Awards honouring Dorset women in business and the workplace. Semi-finalists gathered at Bournemouth’s Norfolk Royale Hotel to hear the shortlists announced for each of the 13 categories.
Tara Howard, who founded the awards in Dorset in 2009, said: “Being a mother of four and juggling business and family, as so many women have to do, I realised that women are not always on a fair playing field with men when it comes to recognition and awards. That is why I started the Venus Awards

Angels Aided My Mother
I WOULD like to thank Domestic Angels and its wonderful staff for the care they provided to my mother over the past four years.
Knowing she was in good hands gave us both peace of mind. Their help and assistance enabled my mother to stay in her own home, improving her quality of life; making a positive difference to my life and hers as she was able to lead a normal life.

Entrepreneurs Inspired at Talbot Heath School
THE businessman who turned £90 into a £30m airline inspired business people at an event in Bournemouth. Jack Romero spoke to a business seminar and networking event at Talbot Heath School.
He told how he fled Beirut in the Civil War in 1979 with £90 to his name. He went on to start his own airline, which he sold nearly 30 years after his arrival in Britain for £30m. He told his audience: “There is a solution to challenges in business. Determination is key. Always try and think outside the box and have a clear vision of where you want your business to be. ”
Samantha Acton, award-winning owner of Bournemouth based Domestic Angels, said: “Listening to Jack has totally reinforced my own personal beliefs on how one should conduct a business, staying true to one’s personal values which will allow you and your business to grow.”
Angharad Holloway, head at Talbot Heath School, said the event was a “huge success”. She said: “The school runs its own entrepreneurial programme and we are looking forward to welcoming many more Bournemouth businesses to our school in the future.”
Mr Romero said he was inspired by Richard Branson’s idea of introducing entrepreneurship into school curriculums.
